All new customers MUST book a consultation appointment before receiving extensions. We must first confirgure a custom application based on your hair and lifestyle, as well as what length, color, and texture to use for you to ensure the most, natural, seamless, and comfortable application.

Depending on how soon we receive your online questionairre, we may create a profile for you with your name and email.  If the system asks you to claim a profile, just verify your information and claim. Proceed with booking your consulation appointment.  If you have any questions, please send an email ; we typically are able to get back to you within a few minutes to a few hours but always get back to you with a reply.
